Delivery, Return & Refund


1. All deliveries are only within certain area within Malaysia. Street names and POS code must be correct and accurate.
2. NO P.O. Box or International addresses.
3. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
4. If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, Please contact the carrier service (courier service) within a stipulated timeframe for next deliveries or pick up.
5. If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.
6. We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
7. We deliver each order to one delivery address within Malaysia.


ZCI is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


1. STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping & handling charges.
2. All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


1. Order confirmation and closing time is before 12 pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays and considered the next business working day where applicable).
2. Confirmed orders will be processed within the next four (4) business working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
3. Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows :-
• Klang Valley : 7 – 14 business working days.*
• West Malaysia : 14-20 business working days.*
*subject to courier service’s changes.


1. During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer time.
2. For festive seasons, please place your order 20 (twenty) days in advance in addition to the regular lead time required.


We currently do not ship outside Malaysia.


• We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. Returns & Refunds will only elligible for in-store purchase only and limited within 12 hours from time of purchase. Online Purchased product DO NOT qualify for return/refund, hence please check your orders properly during checkout.
• Kindly contact us for confirmation of return & exchange products via our customer service number.
• All new and unopened normal priced products may be exchanged after contacting our customer service and approved.
• All product may be exchanged once.
• Products sold are non-refundable, but we will happily exchange the product with another product of same value or greater value.
• All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable. Products are to be returned in its original brand new condition via sender’s preferred delivery mode. We recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services to prevent damages. Subject to approval by our customer service officer.
• Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your product for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.
• In the rare circumstance that your product is missing from your order, please report to customer service on the day of delivery and we will be happy to assist.
• Auralis reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
• If you have any questions on our return policy, please contact Customer Service number. Please provide your contact details, invoice number and reason for return.


We pack all orders with love and hope you will enjoy your purchase. In order to maintain the integrity of our goods, unfortunately our products are not subjected to return.

We do accept returns should it be an error at our end and exchange if the item is defective or damaged. Any returns or exchange will be replaced with the same item or store credit, subjected to inspection of the item. There is no refund for shipping cost.

Please email us at info@ayamdrzainol.my (with your name, order number and date of purchase) for return/exchange approval and further instructions within 1 day of delivery date. If 1 day have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. And only applicable for dry products.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please contact our Customer Service for the exact return address.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


Sales items are not eligible for refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
